Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and consulting expertise to support pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose AI solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of AI technologies
- Manage and coordinate AI-related projects from inception to delivery
- Analyze data to extract insights and inform AI solution proposals
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to enhance pre-sales capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong skills in pre-sales and sales, with a proven track record in a similar role
- Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of AI technologies and solutions, including:
- Enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Text-to-Speech (TTS) solutions
- Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) solutions
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions
- Experience in AI consulting services
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
